About This Role

Reporting to the head of Government Relations & Public Policy, this position will provide executive level support. This position will be responsible for balancing executive level administrative support along with high profile projects and initiatives. This position is required to be in the office 3 days a week and will be located at 1700 K Street, NW in Washington, DC. The Wells Fargo job profile is Executive Specialist.

In This Role You Will
Provide support for GRPP leadership while partnering with key stakeholders and peers across Public Affairs
Manage calendars, schedule meetings/appointments and prepare meeting agendas
Responsible for complex travel planning, itineraries, and expense reports
Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within executive business management functional group
Compile research, budget, and statistical data for financial planning initiatives
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with shareholders, regulatory agents, media, and internal and external customers
Extensive document creation, editing, and drafting complex and/or confidential correspondence
Act as information source on group and company policies
Support related facilities management tasks and activities.
Assist with creation/modifications of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
Experience supporting senior level executives in a large, cross-matrixed organization
Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Experience writing and editing internal communications
Experience working with Concur and Workday
Experience sharing information that persuades, and enhances understanding at all levels
Experience working on enterprise-wide projects and concurrent work streams
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
