Arizona Home Care is looking for a bright, compassionate, and hard working Home Health RN Case Manager to work on our team. We provide a $7500.00 Sign-On Bonus to experienced Weekend Home Health RN Case Manager candidates Weekend Warrior Home Health RN Case Manager
Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm
$7500.00 Sign-On bonus. Competitive compensation. We pay mileage.
Ideal RN Case Managers will have prior home health experience and/or two-three years of diverse nursing experience. Wound care and infusion experience are preferred. Familiarity with OASIS and Kantime is a plus!
We need Home Health RN Case Managers in the following service areas:
Northeast Scottsdale (Fountain Hills, Cave creek, Carefree)
South Central Phoenix
Southwest Valley
West Valley

Requirements:
RN Case Managers
You must have 2-3 years of diverse nursing experience to be successful in this role
Infusion experience strongly recommended for this position.
KanTime, OASIS fluency, infusion, and wound care preferred
Must provide two professional reference letters at time of interview
Applicant’s Must Have:
A valid driver’s license
Car insurance
CPR card
Current professional License
Must have Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
A TB test will be provided
