Yoga and Sports with Refugees

At Yoga and Sport with Refugees we are looking for an experienced Web Developer to support our Communications and Advocacy Team as an intern. This internship can be combined with volunteering on the ground, where you can support our location teams in Greece or it can be done fully online.

You will focus on improving our website. Your tasks will be modernizing and re-organizing the front and back-end of our website as well as creating better and easier processes for our future team to work with**.**

If you decide to come and volunteer on the ground in Greece, you will support us with fundraising events, organizing community events, shifts at the gym and every day needs for the specific location.

You will work closely with the communications team and meet weekly in order to create a strategy and discuss the progress of the project. We are looking for someone who is responsible, creative, good at time management, who believes in our mission and is motivated to grow the organization with us.

We currently offer the possibility to work on the ground on Lesvos, in Athens or in Ioannina or remotely.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum age of 21 years
  • A minimum commitment of 3 months
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken
  • An experienced Web Developer in Word Press
  • Someone who is organized, creative and can work independently
  • Someone with a flexible approach and able to adapt to different situations
