Job Title: Web Developer

Department: Media and Communication

Report to: Senior Marketer and Web developer

Job Purpose

To support, update, and maintain SF’s websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Write “clean codes”, well-documented and organized.
• Responsible for all phases of the website development lifecycle
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
• Prepare the required reports from the website
• Responsible of maintaining, expanding, and scaling our websites (Backend-frontend)
• Responsible of designing new features and functionality in WordPress themes and plugins.
• Respect and apply all the PSEA principles, and show high commitment to report any SEA action

Qualification (Education/Work Experience)

1. Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 3 years of software development experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
• Experience in PHP web framework (ex: Laravel)
• Experience in creating and editing WordPress themes and plugins
• Advanced in both Arabic and English

1. Desirable:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 4 years of software development experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
• Advanced Experience in two or PHP web frameworks
• Advanced Experience in creating and editing WordPress themes and plugins
• Fluent in in both Arabic and English
