We are recruiting for an international cruise company with headquarters in Basel-

The Head of Recruiting is the Key Employer Representative and responsible for the design and implementation of their Recruiting and Employer Branding strategy and reports to the Vice President Human. Travel within this position is up to 50 % worldwide. Please note that we can only accept applicants who are eligible to work in

Switzerland or in possession of a valid work permit.

Tasks
Accountable for defining and reaching quantitative and qualitative recruiting targets
Partnering closely with Business Operations to define recruiting requirements and selection criteria
Establish and execute activities to position employer brand and branding for relevant target groups
Create innovative Recruiting Marketing campaigns (print, video, social media) and steer the entireprocess from design to launch
Define and coordinate the social media mix to reach relevant target groups
Define and execute recruiting (internal/external) channel management
Responsible to develop and maintain business relationships with a trusted network of high-quality recruiting partners
Ensure legal compliance and adherence across different jurisdictions and company standards at all times
Continue to digitize and standardize existing processes by using innovative technologies and tools
Build a state-of-the art reporting structure and develop methodology for tracking relevant KPIs
Create and deliver top-management-level business presentations and dashboards
Design and control the budget for all Recruiting and Employer Branding related activities
Maintain and develop healthy relationships with Embassies and authorities, locally and globally
Research competitor conditions, visa requirements & industry trends (benchmarking)
Lead, empower and motivate the inhouse Recruiting team
Requirements
Bachelor or Master in HR or Business Administration
Experience in global mass recruiting in the service industry; hospitality or cruise background preferred
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Sound software and analytical skills (D365, SuccessFactors, Sharepoint, PowerBI)
Experience in leading several teams (up to 30 local and remote team members)
Excellent organizational and communicational skills (incl. public speaking)
Ability to work independently but yet a team player, service-oriented and guest & candidate focused
Positive personality and great people judgement
Open for new ideas, honest, critical, energetic and enthusiastic
A committed self-starter with a can-do mindset, an eye for the big picture but with attention to detail
