The Role
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. At Coca-Cola you will get the opportunity to use state of art smart glasses and augmented reality technology for warehouse picking activities. Responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders and driving FLT and/or Reach Truck (if qualified). The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills
- Excellent team working skills along with the ability to work independently
- Dexterity (e.g. ability to regularly lift and move goods up to around 25kgs)
- Great work ethic
- Good flexibility and reliability
- High level of accuracy, striving for 100% accuracy and maximum productivity in all tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable operating a PPT/ YAK
- Manual handling trained
- Knowledge of order picking processes
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exemplary attendance and performance record
- 1 year’s relevant experience in a warehouse environment preferably within the logistics or manufacturing sector
- FLT and/or Reach Truck licence
- Good understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
