About the position:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Manager will help lead a supervisory team within a unionized facility. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for supporting the shipping, receiving and inventory processes within the warehouse and tank farm in order to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Where you’ll work: Edmonton West facility, 5 days per week on site.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of 3 supervisors and oversee 40 operators within a unionized facility.
• Maintains liaison with Customer Service and Sales Representatives as part of Company customer service.
• Plans and supervises manpower and maintenance requirements of warehouse and tank farm.
• Monitors and controls inventory items:

What you’ll need:

• High School education plus two (2) years related post-secondary courses (i.e. Materials Management).
• Six (6) years related leadership experience in unionized setting.
• Strong labour relations skills.
