CHEF DE RANG

OUR OFFER:

• Highly competitive salary up to 12 euro per hour + tips
• Full time role
• 2 consecutive days off per week
• 25 days of holiday per year (Christmas period OFF: 23th, 24th, 25th December)
• Permanent contract
• Transparent and fair pay: a fixed monthly salary plus tips based on the Bavarian collective agreement
• A permanent employment contract with 38 hours per week, over hours are being paid monthly

YOUR MISSION:

• To make the best time of the day for our customers!
• You will be directly responsible as a CHEF DE RANG / WAITER:
• Being the ambassador/waiter of Edmondo by Big Squadra values.
• Guarantor of the quality of service in the dining room: you will be guarantor of ” Big Mamma style” service: attention to detail, good attitude, speed & optimization of table rotation.
• Guarantor of making our customers have the best time of the day: ensuring a warm and familiar welcome during all moments in our restaurant
• Guarantor of performance optimization with excellent knowledge of our products on the menu (dishes, wines, cocktails)
• Training and welcoming new talent (runners and chef de rang in training)

YOUR SKILLS:

• You are an excellent team player on our BIG Team
• Your boundless passion and knowledge for Italian gastronomy,traditions and food and wine products
• Attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow as part of a team
• You speak German and/or English, Italian is a plus
