Reach Volunteering
What will you be doing?
We are a small charity with big ideas. Founded in 2016 many of the elements are in place to move the charity to the next level. We are looking to create a board of trustees to make it happen. This role is particularly to develop our new after death assistance service across Scotland as a valuable service to complement our advice/education role and also a funding stream for the charity.
What are we looking for?
Currently we have trustees passionate and skilled to deliver the work. We wish to expand the Board of trustees to complement this. We are specifically looking for people with skills in one of the following areas – developing our online reach, business development of our new service, accounting/finance and marketing. It is vital that people support our objectives and ideally they would have experience of being a charity trustee.
What difference will you make?
By sharing your expertise on our Board of trustees you would be making a major contribution to creating a stable foundation for the charity’s future and taking our service to the next level.
What’s in it for the volunteer?
You will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the way we approach death in Scotland. This can be by bringing your ideas or working hands-on.
You would have the opportunity to undertake our online course at no charge.
