Task

Join our Rescue Network today! Learn how to rescue and transport sick, injured and orphaned seal pups as part of our rescue network in the Republic of Ireland! We’re always looking for volunteers to join from far a wide, near the coast or in the Midlands!

About Us

As the only Seal Rescue Center in Ireland we rescue, rehabilitate and release both grey and common seal pups that are found sick, injured and orphaned around the entire coast of Ireland. We are a not-for-profit charity that relies on our amazing volunteers hard work and dedication along side the support and generous donations from the public.

Where

You will volunteer and monitor pups in your local area but you may be required to transport a seal pup for a leg of its journey to the Seal Rescue Ireland centre in Courtown Harbour, Co.Wexford Y25 PD92

What’s Required

We provide a 3 hour training to teach Rescue Network Volunteers how to safely monitor, lift and transport sick injured and orphaned seal pups. Full drivers licence is essential with the ability to lift 25kg.
