Reach Volunteering

We are a national charity that brings powerful and practical change to people in deprived or low social-economic areas. We need an experienced administrator to assist the operations manager in the implementation of our new strategic plan.

What will you be doing?

Duties And Responsibilities Will Encompass

Liaising with all Premier Foundation’s teams and volunteers; arranging team meetings (online via Microsoft Teams).

Helping to maintain and improve the systems and processes that keep the charity running smoothly, including data input, documenting procedures, project planning, and updating the calendar.

Collaborating with the CEO and Operations Manager to achieve the charity’s strategic targets set out in the strategic plan.

Assisting with the development and implementation of new income generating programmes.

What are we looking for?

You will have some experience in project planning and business administration, and an interest or knowledge of a non-profit organisation. You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy problem solving. You will need your own computer with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The Operations Manager requires a collaborative colleague with a sense of humour, able to contribute ideas, and work independently without supervision.

  • The post will be 10 hours per week as time permits.
  • We ask that you commit a minimum of 3 months to the organisation. As a charity, we depend on volunteers and this minimum requirement ensures our resources recruiting and training new volunteers are well allocated.
