Reach Volunteering
What will you be doing?
The Reanella Trust was established in 2020 and received registration with the Charity commission in 2021. We have been overwhelmed with requests for support and have identified that we need to overhaul our marketing and fundraising mission to accommodate this. We are looking for a team of enthusiastic and dedicated ambassadors to participate in the organisation from its conception, and contribute to the future direction of our mission.
Our values are at the core of everything we do
- We work towards social inclusion in marginalised communities
- We are committed to reducing racialised and psychological trauma
- We are passionate about empowering people to make better choices
- We believe in the power of education
- We work with compassion, respect, and creativity
- We believe in the possibility of recovery even after long-term mental illness
- We understand the importance of personalised care and support
We welcome the creative vision of experienced fundraisers and marketers to enhance our visibility to the public, and facilitate financial strategies so we can continue to support the community. We are particularly interested in applicants who have prior experience in fundraising campaigns or who have a background in mental health care. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who can execute one or both of the following roles
- Fundraiser
The Reanella Trust has sites in 15 sites throughout the United Kingdom to ensure that our services are accessible for as many beneficiaries as possible. By donating your valuable time, you will be participating in a pioneering intervention programme that will support and reduce psychological trauma in young people. We are committed to providing training and support for all our ambassadors, and we are excited to embark on this exciting venture.
What are we looking for?
Our ideal ambassador for this role will have the following skills
- Reliability
- Fundraising experience
- Interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn quickly
- Problem solving capacity
- Eager to take initiative
- Driven by passion for the project
- Able to work in teams
What difference will you make?
As a Reanella Trust ambassador you will help us to turn our vision into reality. As a new charity, we need the support of like-minded people to help us to make a difference in communities that are reluctant to engage in typical forms of support. With your help, we can raise the funds to develop our targeted intervention strategies for young people. We can make a difference in the absence of hope and enable young people to become the best versions of themselves. This opportunity will make a positive impact on
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Social research
- Virtual programmes to continue providing support during the pandemic
- Reduce criminal activity
- Improve educational and economic attainment
- Address anxiety and depression within marginalised communities
- Bolster the longevity of the organisations mission
What’s in it for the volunteer?
If you are looking for an opportunity to collaborate with a worthy cause, this is the opportunity for you. Your role will enable you to work alongside a friendly and supportive team, provide an intellectual challenge, and engage in your local community at a grassroots level. The Reanella Trust will support its ambassadors with continual training and personal development programmes to ensure that you are fulfilled and supported during your time with us.
