What difference will you make?

The museum is a small sized organisation, and we have no paid staff. We have to recruit and train our people and ensure that they are safe, but we also need to promote our services in the community, ensure that our finances are healthy, and manage our own IT. We have a long term lease on our premises and the need to them means we must provide the utilities, supplies, and enhancements to keep the service running and provide a comfortable working environment. All of these activities need to be done effectively and efficiently by a volunteer workforce.
