- Skills and knowledge
More importantly, our chair will have the capacity to lead which means that they are committed to the organisation and devote time to it. They are clear about their role and are able to see the bigger picture. They have spent time learning about the organisation and finding out how it really works.
Our Chair is able to deal with conflict and contentious issues. They will also be willing to use their personal connections to the benefit of the organisation.
What difference will you make?
The Chair of Trustees is a key role in our organisation. Your leadership and commitment will ensure we continue to provide and extend our range of much-needed support and services to our beneficiaries.
