Kells Musical Society are looking for volunteers to help out in their booking office in preparation for the upcoming Musical Cinderella and to man the office during shows. Duties involved in the role would involve:

• Answering booking office phone.
• Computer booking- filling in ticket details and printing off tickets
• Taking Credit card bookings
• Responding to email enquiries
• Taking cash bookings
• Accounting for all bookings and cash sales and receipts and placing them in an envelope with the day’s sales. Volunteers are required from 24th Jan -13th Feb 2022 including 2 weekends. The booking office will open on Monday 24th January 2022 and run every day until Sunday 13th Feb 2022. The operating hours are from 11am to 6pm. Over 2 shifts – 11am to 2.30pm – 2 1/2 hrs and 2.30pm to 6 pm-2 ½ hrs Show dates hours are as follows. Friday 4th and Saturday 5th Feb – 11am to 3.30pm,3.30pm to 7.30pm Sunday 6th Feb – 11am to 1.30pm, 1.30pm to 4pm. Friday 11th and Saturday 12th Feb – 11am to 3.30pm, 3.30pm to 7.30pm Sunday 13th Feb -11am to 1.30pm, 1.30pm to 4pm Training will be provided.
