Context:
Under the overall supervision of the RSC Project Manager Latin America and the Caribbean and the direct supervision of the Migration Health Coordinator the incumbent will be based in San Salvador and will have the following regional coordination of medical data entry processing staff in order to organize and manage comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting system related to the health assessment, USRAP Vaccination and predeparture medical procedures to ensure that identified refugees are medically fit to migrate in accordance with the medical/health requirements of the United States of America.

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

Coordinate the work of the Medical Data entry Processing Team to ensure timely
assignation and completion of medical services and pre departure medical procedures
by medical data entry staff in MiMOSA for USRAP cases in Latin America and the
Caribbean.
Monitor the Regional medical on-hold pipeline and Medical Processing Indicators in Latin America and flag to Migration Health Coordinator any delay on the expected clearance date in the system.
Coordinate and ensure that the Medical Data Entry Project Assistants are maintaining an
orderly storage system and uploading all medical documents in MiMOSA as required by
supervisor (informed consent, radiologist’s report, sputum smear results, COVID-19 Viral
Test results, pregnancy test results etc.)
Undertake quality checks of all completed medical files in MiMOSA IAP from non-IOM Panel Physicians in Latin America and flag the QC issues to Migration Health Coordinator.
Perform monthly reconciliation reports with RSC LA for USRAP cases in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Perform as the MiMOSA IAP Training Focal point to Non IOM Panel Sites and Training Focal point to Medical Data Entry Team in Latin America.
Perform as USRAP Vaccination Program Data focal point.
Design and generate periodic and ad-hoc reports from MiMOSA Web front-end and back-end, perform reconciliation of data with RSC, OPS , and other partners/systems.
Generate, monitor and analyze reports from HAPSTAT Power BI and other HAP data.
Suggest improvements to strengthen internal control mechanisms; providing inputs for new procedures to complement and/or adapting existing instructions to achieve streamlining of the USRAP Medical Examination Process.
Participate in the development and up-to-dating Medical Support Unit Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in relation to data management and reporting.
Ensure security, order, and confidentiality of all interactions as part of the collaborative relationship with applicants, partners and health professionals.
Any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Education and Experience

• University degree Social Science or Public Health major (is an asset).
• With at least five years of working experience within data management.

Skills

• Able to write e-mails and reports coherently in a timely manner
• Certificate in Data entry is an advantage
• Attention to detail and ability to organize
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Software package
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in performing

responsibilities
