Summary

In this role, you will assist Portfolio Executives with managing and developing contract strategies. You will manage the portfolio administrative functions and coordinate the fulfillment of the contract requirements. This role will respond to and bring resolution to all pricing, process, and contract related inquiries.

Responsibilities
Complete requests for set-up of supplier/vendor data regarding GPO and member agreements.
Manage the contracting database to locate, view, and/or track contracts.
Work with Data Analysis Team to validate correct spend and savings for each completed contract.
Assist with contract bid preparation.
Attends supplier meetings, business reviews, and negotiations; may craft agendas and / or review the scorecard
Conduct market research and assessments on products.
Identify and initiate process improvements.
Ensure contracting compliance by obtaining appropriate documentation from suppliers/vendors.
Effectively communicate with local and remote stakeholders.

Qualifications
Relevant degree preferred.
No previous experience required.
Ability to analyze, interpret and present data.
Understanding of project management concepts.
Willingness to travel.

$59,600.00 – $86,450.00
