Position Overview

Virtual Assistant (VA) will take ownership of timely initial contact and ongoing follow up with leads on behalf of APM Originators and Real Estate Agent Partners. Great communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. Top VA’s make high volume outbound calls, overcome objections, reinforce APM Originators and Partners as experts in their field, and are motivated to achieve.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Contact leads via outbound dial
  • Interact with consumers over Email via MS Outlook as well as Chat functions
  • Identify consumer readiness through scripting and Q&A
  • Schedule follow up calls using Lead Management System (LMS)
  • Annotate and appropriately disposition consumer records within LMS
  • Live transfer ready consumers to Originators and Agents
  • Schedule call-back appointments for Originators and Agents
  • Follow up with consumers to verify a connection is made
  • Train new VA’s through nesting, shadowing and role play

  • must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.
