Entity and activity description
The Performance and Data Intelligence team comprises four employees including the manager, based across Germany and France, and coming from diverse backgrounds. The team works on 2 main functional areas:
- Performance Analytics (specialized by geography & processes) and
- Data Intelligence Specialists (focusing on procurement BI platform governance/development and data related projects like Wave and DPS representing the procurement domain
We are a dynamic, highly customer/-service oriented group, and we have a passion for data in general driving customer experience within Europe procurement.
We speak several languages – French, German, English, others are pretty welcome! 🙂 On off days, we enjoy traveling, basketball and having a good time off work as well
Missions and Responsibilities
Providing solid planning & controlling processes as well as reliable and meaningful reporting and recommendations:
- Drive target, Reforecasts & yearly closing processes
- Provide on-time and quality procurement dashboards on savings, budget consumption an operational KPIs and derive meaningful recommendations
- Provide logics of performance related reporting such as spend analysis
- Ensure savings calculation are understood and applied correctly by Procurement Teams (e.g. by performing plausibility checks)
- Train new Procurement members on the tool / methodology used for savings reporting
- Facilitate alignment process of savings by procurement with entities’ ops controlling / stakeholders in business
- Continuously seek for improvement measures regarding performance analytics position
- Administration of Microsoft Power Bi Europe savings application (i.e. data visualization, enhancements of dashboards etc.)
Language: Fluent English is mandatory, good level of French and German are a great plus!

Competencies and Profile
- Master’s Degree of Business Administration / Controlling & Finance or from engineering school but with affinity to Business Admin, especially Controlling & Finance
Soft Skills:

Hard Skills:
- Cost and Controlling Management
- Google tools, knowledge of google scripting

- Familiar with ERP Systems
- Sourcing & Procurement processes (will be a PLUS)
- Data visualization with MS Power BI (other BI systems experience like R, Python, SAP BW etc. would be a great PLUS!)
