Reporting to the omnichannel projects manager you will be supporting the Client Engagement & Digital Team on the following projects :E-BUSINESS Page update: gather in a timely manner all component (banners, assets, product descriptions���) to support new launches.Animations: centralize and coordinate with Business teams, Media team and Europe team animation briefs & assets.Compliance: monitor the respect of brand graphic charter through digital tool and update website evaluations as required.Business landscape: report on competitions exposure and visibility, inherit best European CHANEL practice.Analytics: analyze KPIS through Google Analytics, provide animation ROI to Europe team and build dashboards.CHANEL.COMCompliance: Ensure excellent execution in new pages deliveries from Europe team.Analytics: analyze KPIS through Google Analytics, and update dashboards.CRM (Fragrance & Beauty)Support the client engagement & digital executive on the CRM plan.Communication plan: ensure 1-1 and 1-many communication assets are delivered in a timely manner with proper texts and assets.Communication ad-hoc request: brief for additional needs (digital cards, EDM ���) according to Business needs.Information sharing: Diffuse communication elements and best practices to a community CRM ambassadors.Analytics: Provide KPI���s on Clienteling actions.Ad-hoc missionsOMNI-CHANNEL SERVICESSupport implementation of digital tools in store in line with brand strategy & market needsMarket competitive watch in term of digital or omni-channel innovation (monthly report)CLIENT INTELLIGENCESupport any clients data analysisProfile : You have a master degree (business school, university master���) and have a first experience in client engagement or omni-channel department, luxury brands, ideally completed with a field / retail experience.Tech Savy with a strong knowledge of excel and google analytics.You are a team player with an innovative mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a ���can do��� mindset which will allow you to build strong relationship with the different teams involved.You are pro-active, dynamic with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.English is a must, Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.VIE based in Dubai from April 2022 for 12 months
