We are offering a six-month internship in our Marketing & Communication team. We are looking for someone to develop a full set of video (filming, editing, publishing, etc.) and visual communication projects.

You will be involved in the production of videos and audio-visual communication materials for different audiences (clients, candidates, teams, media, etc.) in line with our content strategy.

You will also be in charge of promoting this content, internally and externally, and to do so, you will work closely with our internal communication, content, design, events and social media teams.

We are looking for someone with first-rate technical skills in terms of video production, but also having 360° communication skills in order to be able to collaborate with the marketing and communication teams (social media, marketing, internal communication, events, contents…). You will be joining a truly multicultural and international young team with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Your responsibilities :

• Creating storyboards and briefs
• Organizing and facilitating filming and photoshoots
• Creating videos (rushes’ selection, cuts and modifications, transcripts, subtitles, background music, etc.)
• Ensuring the video is ready to be shared with our audiences, aligning the video production with our graphic charter, editorial strategy, contents calendar…
• Driving the validation processes with various stakeholders
• Being proactive in terms of new ideas of formats, concepts, angles…
• Supporting various communication project (events, internal communication, social media,…)
• Sharing knowledge, best practices and guidance to support teams in handling some filming themselves, for internal purposes

Your profile :

• You are studying for a master’s Degree in filmmaking from a specialized school or university, or for a master’s Degree in business, marketing or communication with robust technical skills in filmmaking
• You are creative, determined, curious and not afraid to put forward new ideas
• You are rigorous, organised, and capable of leading projects from start to finish
• You are eager to learn and take on responsibilities in a growing international team
