Venture Development Intern

We are looking for a Venture Development Intern who will get to closely work with the Kadmos Founder’s Office team on a wide array of strategic initiatives. Whether it’s optimizing our pitch deck, modeling our FX exposure, or evaluating the potential of a new market, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to tackle distinct challenges characteristic of high-growth, venture-backed startups right from day one. What you can expect

• Get a holistic fintech experience. Enjoy invaluable exposure to the different aspects of developing a Series A fintech.
• Conduct detailed analyses. Engage in both qualitative and quantitative analysis of suitable geographic markets and industry verticals.
• Expand the product offering. We want you to explore and assess the potential of new product features.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional setting. Operate as a bridge between the founding team and the different business functions of the company.
• Provide operational support. Take a hands-on approach and help out the Founder’s Office team by tackling a number of operational blockers.
• Receive regular feedback. Enjoy regular discussions with your team about ways to improve.

Your profile

• You are currently working towards or just earned a Bachelor’s/Master’s/MBA degree from a top university in management, finance, or a related subject.
• Previous work experience in a high-growth, venture-based startup, venture capital, or management consulting.
• Proactive and ambitious character coupled with stellar analytical and communication skills.
• Generalist profile with a deep interest in a wide variety of areas such as business development, partnerships, project management, and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Fluency in English and at least B2 level proficiency in German.
