This is an opportunity to join a brand new two-year graduate programme within the Strategy & Transformation team. The Strategy and Transformation function work with all business areas including Operations, Technology, Product, Sales, and other supporting areas providing you great exposure across the company.

You will be joining the Transformation & Strategy team and have the opportunity to work in other areas of Visa Payments Limited during the two-year graduate programme for up to 6 months in each area. Some of the areas will include Product, Payment Operations, Transformation & Strategy and Technology. Assignments will give you clear responsibility, ownership and deliverables however you will be trained & supported to enable you to succeed and maximise this growth opportunity. You’ll acquire, learn and apply new skills quickly and we will find you opportunities to add value across multiple functions and priorities. The scope of each assignment will be clear from the outset and it is anticipated you will be required to present learnings, findings and recommendations during and at the end of each assignment to the Leadership team & key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities are likely to include;
Strategy development and business case creation
Process improvement and change management
Product development and management
Programme management and delivery
Performance measurement and reporting
Stakeholder management

You will be expected to;
Prepare and present to the Leadership Team to inform and influence their decision-making
Bring enthusiasm and energy to your work, supporting colleagues wherever possible
Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and team-building events
Make the most of the opportunity to develop your colleague network and to learn on-the-job
Develop your knowledge of the payments industry and Visa Payments Limited’s business
Current university student graduating in 2022 or who graduated in 2021, ready to start full-time work in Autumn 2022
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Strong appetite for learning about the payments industry and customers
Passionate about what you do and fired up about the opportunity to change the way the world pays
Creative with a unique point of view and perspective
