Handle invoice relevant works: review invoice application\monthly reconciliation\issues tracking\SOP\system upgrading etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Review invoice applications according to billing record and customer requirements. Take charge of monthly VAT invoice and pre-invoice approval. Take charge of red invoice check Track abnormal issues of VAT reconciliation findings, so as to avoid tax loss. Do some analysis work of invoice return. Support VAT system upgrading or new development work, such as testing Support commercial team of invoice relevant work. Other ad hoc invoice or tax relevant works.
Requirement and qualifications:
- Major in accounting, finance or tax , Bachelor degree at least.
- More than 1 year work experience in finance department,tax or invoice experience will be preferred.
- Have proficient excel skills.
- Good inter-personal and communication skill,be open minded.
- Be Patient and careful, Down-to-earth and detail-oriented attitude.
- Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.
