We are seeking an Office Assistant Customer Service to join our team! In this position, you will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including filing, answering the phone, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and more. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound telephone calls, take messages, create support tickets and redirect calls
Greet occasional clients and set a positive office atmosphere
Draft correspondences, prepare reports, proposal and marketing materials
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform product inventory, maintain office supplies and order what is needed
Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
