Position: Store Manager
Reports to: Retail Director
We are currently seeking a Store Manager who is responsible for increasing the store’s profitability and for the exclusive level of customer service provided in it.
We value results and commercial oriented individuals who have excellent leadership skills, always up-to-date on fashion trends and with strong passion for our Brand and our Product.

Responsibilities will include:
· Lead the store team in maximize store performance through proposing and implementing effective actions based on relevant KPIs
· Drive the store team in deliver the best client experience through the Valentino Client Journey
· Recruit new clients and retain them to develop and maintain long-term relationships in order to promote Brand loyalty
· Know the local market, trends and competitors activities in order to identify opportunities of growth and development
· Ensure and coordinate the efficient running of the store both front and back of house
· Be responsible for the implementation of all key business initiatives and Company strategies at store level
· Recruit, manage, coach and support the development of the store teams
· Ensure policies and procedures are perfectly followed and applied in order to maximize results and guarantee excellent store standards
Qualifications:
· Must have previous experience in the role
· Strong commercial and customer oriented mindset
· Proven Brand & products awarness
· Strong clientele background
· Excellent leadership skills and proven ability to manage large teams effectively
· Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
· Fluency in English is essential
· High fashion knowledge
· Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary
