We just closed our $80M Series B funding and are thriving in this fast-paced hypergrowth phase. We are now looking for a new colleague to become our UX Writer in Zurich or remote! 🚀

With our AI platform, we can offer our clients a broad range of products and services. We’re looking for a UX Writer for our Product and UX Team. In this position, you will be responsible for making Yokoy an even more engaging and enticing product. You can be located at any of our offices: Zürich, Vienna, Munich and Amsterdam.

Tasks

  • Write clear and concise copy across multiple online channels and platforms
  • Work with UX designers, product managers, product marketers and other teams to develop and execute business strategy through copy
  • Contribute to the development of Brand Language Guidelines, and make sure they are applied holistically across the product
  • Set up a network of internal and external translators in order to coordinate a consistent experience across all our markets

Requirements

  • Solid experience creating written content for digital products (web and/or mobile experiences), preferably SaaS fintech products and startup environment
  • A portfolio of creative, relevant UX writing and content design work to share with us
  • A passion for writing with the ability to balance creative and business-focused messaging. Excellent grammar and copyediting skills
  • Ability to translate complex topics into easy to understand content
  • A hands-on mentality to design and drive new processes forward
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business fluency in English. Proficient in any of these languages: English, German or French
