UX Project Manager in Asiance

We’re looking for talented people to collaborate on various digital projects in the ever-changing digital UX paradigm.

• PM experience on UX Projects.
• PM experience on e-commerce projects.

UX PM’s basic task definition for a project :

• Responsible for communicating with all channels of the project.
• Consulting during the client requirements defining process.
• Analyze project requirements, provide appropriate solutions, quotes, and schedules based on business goals and conditions.
• Seamlessly collaborate with internal and external teams or partners to complete the project.

Examples of UX projects :

• Localization and consulting of global platforms for brands entering Korea.
• Providing and consulting solutions needed by clients within the e-commerce landscape.
• Platform construction and operation: website / mobile app / shopping mall construction using domestic solutions / e-booking system / microsite, etc.
• E-commerce service establishment: Kakao Notification Talk / Kakao Chatbot / Shopping Live, etc.
• Consulting for UX improvement through data analysis.

Qualification :

• Over 5 years of experience in project management associated with the basic task definition and examples of projects as mentioned above.
• Strong communication skills and leadership.
• Advanced skills on using MS office and project management tools.

Preferred Skills :

• Business level of English and Korean proficiency (For those who want to improve their English skills in an English work environment, even if they are not at business level).
• Experience in working with retail & global brands in Korean market.
• E-Commerce, mobile app, Salesforce, Kakao service experiences.
• Proven team leadership skills.

Working environment:

• Hours: 9:30 to 18:30 (lunch time: 12:30 ~ 13:30) KST.
• Days: Monday to Friday.
• Location: 4F. Shin-a memorial hall, 33 Jeongdong-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, 04518, Korea.

UX 프로젝트 매니저의 프로젝트에 대한 기본 업무 정의 :

• 프로젝트 모든 채널과의 커뮤니케이션 담당.
• 고객의 요구사항 분석 과정 중 컨설팅.
• 프로젝트의 요구 사항 분석, 적절한 솔루션 제공, 견적 산출 및 일정관리.
• 내/외부 팀 또는 파트너사와의 원활한 협업을 통해 프로젝트 완료.

UX 프로젝트의 예시 :

• 국내 진출하는 브랜드와 함께 글로벌 플랫폼의 현지화 작업 및 컨설팅.
• 이커머스 랜드스케이프 안에서 고객에게 필요한 솔루션 제공 및 컨설팅.
• 플랫폼 구축 및 운영 : 웹사이트 / 모바일앱 / 국내 솔루션을 활용한 쇼핑몰 구축 / e-Booking시스템 / 마이크로 사이트 등.
• 이커머스 서비스 구축 : 카카오 알림톡 / 카카오 챗봇 / 쇼핑라이브 등.
• 데이터 분석을 통한 UX 개선 컨설팅.

자격요건 :

• 해당 업무정의 및 프로젝트 예시와 관련된 프로젝트 분야에서 5년 이상의 경험.
• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션과 리더십 능력.
• MS OFFICE 및 프로젝트 관리 툴 고급 사용자.

우대사항 :

• 비즈니스 레벨의 영어 & 한국어 실력 (비즈니스 레벨이 아니더라도 영어 업무 환경에서 영어 실력을 향상시키고 싶은 분).
• 한국 시장에서 소매업 및 글로벌 브랜드와의 협력 경험.
• 이커머스, 세일즈포스, 카카오 서비스 경험.

근무환경:

• 근무시간: 9시 30분 ~ 18시 30분 (점심시간: 12시 30분 ~ 13시 30분).
