Salary: Apprenticeship wage £6.50 per hour (£10,400 per annum)

Hours: Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week

The task at hand: As a UC Engineer Apprentice you’ll work with our Engineers to attend customer sites throughout the UK to assist with:

• Installation of UC systems and associated applications
• Installation of associated infrastructure (Network equipment, Cat5/6 cabling)
• On-going maintenance and support of UC solutions
• Undertake site surveys, audits and system backups
• Provide telephone support and remote diagnostics to customers
• Use of supplier portals to raise and escalate customers’ support queries through to completion
• Maintain and update all relevant installation and maintenance documentation and service support tickets
