We’re looking for a Project Manager/PMO, Sustainability to:

support a strategic program by leading one of its streams and managing the PMO,
perform qualitative and quantitative analysis as needed,
support ad-hoc requests related to your project, e.g. for ISO certification, audits, surveys by rating agencies, etc.,
act as deputy for the program manager,
grow into a position where you lead projects autonomously

Your team
You’ll be working in the Chief Sustainability Office’s Strategy and Positioning team in Zurich, responsible for the implementation of the UBS Group Executive Board-sponsored sustainability and impact strategy, including our progress towards Net Zero. In your role you’ll interact closely with different teams within Group Sustainability and the Social Impact area, as well as other UBS business divisions and control functions. Become a part of a truly agile and multi-national team.

Your expertise

ideally at least five years of experience in demanding, fast-paced change programs. This should include experience as PMO and as stream-lead or project manager and in establishing business requirements for data-related change
strong analytical skills for the qualitative assessment of how methodical / regulatory guidelines impact your project and for occasional quantitative analysis (basic Python skills preferred)
background and interest in the area of climate / sustainability, allowing an understanding of guidelines, challenges and approaches of importance in the area
practical understanding of key functions, business processes and regulations of importance in a financial services firm
ability to collaborate with stakeholders in diverse functions and at all levels within the organization
strong verbal and written communication in English
