We are looking for a Business Manager to:
support Client Coverage Management to manage and steer the distribution business based on strategy, business planning and monitoring
provide support in strategic and business relevant projects including regulatory change initiatives
interact with various stakeholders both within the Asset Management organization and with business partners such as Finance, HR, Business Risk Management
ensure oversight of the Front-to-Back risk and control environment within Client Coverage globally
act as a subject matter expert on various risk topics such complaints and cross-border
lead regulatory driven/ simplification projects within Client Coverage
provide risk updates on Client Coverage global risk landscape for senior management forums
Your team
You will be working in the Business Management team of Asset Management Client Coverage. Our team supports the distribution activities of Asset Management in all areas. As a Business Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring that both the day-to-day aspects of the business are taken care of but also that strategic plans are implemented efficiently and effectively

Your expertise
ideally previous experience in business management and/or good understanding of Business Management processes
knowledge of the Asset Management industry
good understanding of the regulatory environment and risk management
driven and self-motivated, eager to take on the next challenge
excellent communication skills with the ability to explain a complex topic succinctly
team player and able to work independently as well

strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues in a given task and formulate valuable solutions
pro-active, resourceful, persistent and resilient
proven ability to work and stick to tight deadlines and able to prioritize the requests
