UAE National – Receptionist / Office Administration| Toyota & Lexus | Al Futtaim Motors | Ras Al Khaimah

Job Requirements: We are looking for a UAE National citizen with fluent English speaking skills with some experience in customer service for the role.

This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Motors. It will work 6 days a week with 1 day off. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Job Description:

  • To provide full support to all customers visiting Toyota & Lexus showroom. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.
  • Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch.
  • Responsible to ensure all customers with appointments are directed to correct executive. The aim is to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to sales executive in turn making sure the customer receives a professional service.
  • Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customer feel acknowledged and to show that we care.
  • The role purpose is to ensure all Al Futtaim customers receive a First Class service when entering the branch.
  • Ensuring the customer is guided to the relevant department and their needs are clearly identified and conveyed to the appropriate associate. Understanding the Customer Journey from Start to Finish.
