Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing and developing new business/customers for Tyvek Garments in all areas of industries that require PPE. DuPont serves customers to safeguard them through innovative products such as Tyvek®, Tychem® protective apparel to protect workers from diverse hazards and risks.
- This role reports to W&P Tyvek & Typar Korea Sales Leader.
- Execute sales activities that are aligned with the BU strategy.
- Achieve assigned sales goals.
- Develop account plans and coordinate activities with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze accounts & channels and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
- Outline, Present and Sell the value of Tyvek garments that can benefit our customer needs.
- Provide an essential link from the channel partners/end-users to product, operations, technical, supply chain teams.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, market activities and competitive intelligence to support supervisor to make accurate decisions.
- Report weekly/monthly sales data to supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of three years of work experience in sales and/or marketing from Chemical industry, General manufacturing, Textile & Fiber industry is preferred.
- Self-motivated and a Team player who works efficiently under minimum supervision.
- Ability to make effective customer technical presentations.
- Fluent in English: speaking & writing skills demonstrating strong analytical & communication skills.
- Driver license is required with frequent domestic travel up to 50%.
- Excellent knowledge in MS office, Salesforce, Workday is preferred.
