Job Summary

Under supervision of Cash Manager – Domestic and International, the incumbent is responsible for electronic payments and reconciliations, bank management and signatories, communication with banks, and stakeholders. This role is also responsible for assuring cash controls, compliance, reporting, as well as Treasury accounting. Position is also responsible for special projects as assigned.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for cash management activities such as:
    • preparing electronic fund transfers (wires/ACH)
    • assisting with bank account administration and updating signatories
    • communicating with banks and shareholders
  • Daily cash concentration account reconciliation and reporting
  • Assist with FBAR process and data collection
  • Process wire payments and insight invoice posting
  • Respond to Audit requests and assure audit trails are maintained
  • Respond to email inquiries from internal and external request
  • Enforce company policy as it relates to compliance, internal controls
  • Record country program cash transfers on Insight Cash Management module
  • Serve as back-up to Cash Manager – Domestic and International or Treasury Analyst – Bank Administration

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of financial experience with at least 2 years in treasury/cash management
  • Experience with online banking systems
  • Experience with Treasury Workstation Systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized individual with very strong record keeping skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ability to track and reconcile data across multiple systems
  • Team player

EDUCATION

Bachelor degree in business, economics or related field

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred
