The Transformational Investment Capacity (TIC) was established to transform MSF’s ability to address the medical and humanitarian needs of vulnerable populations around the world. All MSF staff are eligible to bring forth ideas and if approved, receive funds, intellectual capital and human resources for projects that will improve how MSF delivers lifesaving care, both now and in the future.
Are you an experienced project manager who:
- thrives on supporting complex, multi-jurisdictional projects in low and middle income countries to foster innovation, efficiency and effectiveness initiatives?
- is looking to provide coaching to projects of various sizes and ensure quality outcomes with significant impact in the diverse contexts that MSF works in?
The Transformational Investment Capacity is looking for a Project Manager:
- to lead in efficiency and operational improvement focus areas
- who will strengthen MSF’s operational capacity to create an enabling environment which improves project work
- with a particular emphasis on operational and efficiency projects, where knowledge of MSF’s international operations and context as well as previous experience in an efficiency/effectiveness initiative would be a significant asset
- on a full time, permanent basis, based in any country where MSF has a presence, ideally within UTC -6 (Central Standard Time) and UTC +1 (Central European Time) to ensure the ability to fully engage and collaborate with the TIC team, and relevant stakeholders. (A salary grid and benefits schema will be used from the MSF section local to the successful candidate)
