Skills Required Maintain effective co-ordination of trainer bookings and ensure an effective training batches. Co-ordinate with external trainers for specific training program. Ensure an rolling of in-house Trainers and open training modules are set up, run and administered so that it is cost effective and also meets clients’ needs. Create, Develop, Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Handle end to end training management including the collection part. Trainings updated on status of assigned projects. Excellent communication / presentation skills. Pleasant Personality.
