Here’s where you come in:

As the Training Coordinator, you will provide a range of administrative support and coordination for the Global Finance Learning & Development (L&D) function, including but not limited to: managing trainee records within the appropriate organizational application, setting up Team sites, coordinating nominations, enrollments and inter-company billings, course evaluations and issuing certificates. You may also support venue selection and travel logistics for Face to face (F2F) course offerings.

Requirements include:

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience preferably in learning & development, organizational development, communications or business administration.
• Knowledge of eLearning software (O365, Teams, Vimeo, Zoom, SurveyMonkey, etc).
• Effective communication and presentation skills to coordinate or support (virtual) activities.
• Strong communication skills and capacity to adapt effectively across cultures.
• Effective in written and verbal communication in English. Other language/s would be an added advantage.
• Capacity to work from home requiring flexibility in working hours over a range of WV time zones, and to do so effectively.
• May travel occasionally to support live events if needed.
