Training Coordinator

Job Title: Training CoordinatorLocation: Wymondham

Business area: Utilities

We are now recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our Utilities team in Anglian Water Operational business area to.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors
• Liaise with regional L&D to establish requirements and work with the training hub trainer and training manager to schedule training, creating and maintaining a training centre calendar of events
• Work proactively with colleagues across the business to ensure an integrated approach to training service delivery

What do we need from you?

• Demonstrable knowledge of working within a Learning & Development function including delivery of a training plan
• Experience of working with invoices and budgets
• Demonstrable knowledge of SHE and compliance training requirements as relevant to business units supported
