We are looking for an individual with a passion for science, who is ready to take the first step in their recruitment career. We welcome all scientists or science graduates, looking to move away from the laboratory as well as sales experienced professionals looking to move into a highly rewarding market.
Job details:
Recruitment in scientific industries and technical fields, including; Biotechnology, MedTech, Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Laboratory Supplies.
No prior recruitment experience is necessary as full training will be provided!!
What the job involves:
- Identifying candidates for jobs using our in-house database, job-boards, social media platforms, attending industry events and networks
- Generating new business opportunities to build client portfolio using various means; marketing, social media, networking events
- Screening and interviewing candidates to knowledgably assess their suitability for specific jobs and companies
- Arranging and managing interviews, handling job offers and package negotiations
Who you are:
The successful individuals will ideally have a scientific degree and/or previous laboratory experience however, applications from driven, passionate individuals will be accepted!
Previous sales experience and knowledge/understanding of the recruitment process will provide a distinct advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

Location
Our offices are based in the heart of beautiful Harrogate, town centre. However we are accommodating to a hybrid work from home role if necessary.
