• Basic salary £19k£22k – With annual reviews

• Identify and interview high quality candidates
• Sales and business development
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prep for interviews and
• Negotiate
• Headhunt candidates through social media sources
• Identify new business opportunities and follow them up
• Sales meetings with prospective clients
