RSK Group currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Learning & Development Administrator to work within our HR team, helping to support over 9,000 employees globally across RSK Group.

In this role you will be working closely with the Learning and Development Manager across a broad range of areas, including the development and implementation of E-Learning, administration of the Learner Management System and supporting in the coordination and delivery of classroom-based training. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is keen to take on new challenges and has a creative approach to their work. This is a great opportunity to get on the job experience in a fast-paced L&D role, in an environment which nurtures continuous improvement and innovation.

This role will be based out of our Head Office in Helsby, Cheshire. Currently, we are operating remote working for many of our office-based employees and this is expected to evolve into a blended working arrangement when restrictions enable this. We will consider candidates looking for either a full time or part time role.

Trainee Learning & Development Administrator – Cheshire

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Maintaining and developing the L&D platform

Supporting the development of E-Learning

Supporting the L&D Manager in the coordination of classroom and online training

Creation of weekly, monthly and annual training & development reports as required

Supporting In The Administration Of Apprenticeship Qualifications

Updating and maintaining training and qualification records

Responding to general L&D queries, escalating where appropriate

Assisting on ad hoc projects as required

Person specification

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Able to build relationships with various stakeholders across the business

Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent (including Math and English)

Proficient in all Microsoft packages, particularly Powerpoint, Word and Excel

Professional approach and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

Team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Salary And Benefits

£15,000 – £18,000
