The Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Department is looking for its next trainee to support the development and implementation of retail and gifting tools, visual merchandising activities and other brand projects.

You will join a team composed of several Project Managers and Visual Merchandiser and be part of an international environment.

As part of our Headquarters in Meyrin, you will interact with all markets subsidiaries, marketing, retail, business development teams , purchasing and logistic teams. You will deal on a daily basis with external agencies and suppliers.

Besides, you will collaborate with regional and local marketing teams to support the implementation of your projects and ensure high execution standards.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

WINDOWS & GIFTS

  • Assist the trade marketing project leader in several projects such as Jaeger Lecoultre windows and Gifts developments. Co responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from brief to completion. This will require interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

WATCHES & WONDERS 2024

  • Support the team during the Watches & Wonders development of various experience tools managing round of prototypes, suppliers order, execution guidelines for markets.

NEW POSM

  • Support the Visual merchandising (VM) team monitoring the implementation of the new Point of Sales Material (POSM) in our Point of Sales.
  • Support the preparation of international Training Seminars (on & offline)

POSM – ORDERING PLATFORM

  • Support the visual merchandising (VM) team with POSM ordering platform maintenance and further developments (dashboards, orders analysis ..)

BENCHMARK

  • Conduct several benchmarks analysis on windows, gifting, market best practices, collect field feedback on several tools and processes in place that will allow our organization to set performance metrics and goals that can guide future decisions.

So if you are looking for an internship from February 2024 as part of the end of your studies (Master) and you have already acquired experience in Trade marketing and/ or Projects management.

  • You have a strong affinity for the luxury sector, particularly in watchmaking,
  • You have Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • You are very comfortable with figures, and you can demonstrate strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • You are agile, solution and result oriented, well organized and have the ability to work in team and independently.
  • You have an excellent level of French & English (writing, speaking and presentation skills required)
  • You are curious, dedicated, and professional, then you are ready to join the Trade Marketing & Visual merchandising team, one central department of the Maison that offers many internal collaborations with Sales, Marketing, product, purchase and supply teams and external partners (suppliers)
  • No previous experience in Visual merchandising is required.
