The Opportunity: To protect the Associates, Assets & Brand of TK Maxx and Homesense within the TJX Europe family

Responsibilities Will Include

• Being visible, approachable and friendly to all customers in our stores
• Identifying any risk to associates and customers, resolving potential issues using customer service & conflict resolution techniques
• Attending daily store briefs, building an awareness of brands in store and how best to protect our product
• Patrolling the shop floor to identify and resolve crime alert signals
• Assisting customers at the entrance / exits of our stores
• Compliance checks within the store on security tagging of our product
• Coaching the store team on personal safety and conflict management
• Provide guidance to the store team on Loss Prevention procedures, crime alerts and loss awareness strategies to minimise loss
• Ensure stores are aligned with the Loss Prevention objectives and company values
• Who we are looking for
• Previous customer service, security, or retail Loss Prevention background ideal but not essential as we will provide training on the job. You must however have an interest in customer service, analysing data and a passion for Loss Prevention
• Personable, approachable, great communication and face to face customer service skills
• Calm and professional with a high level of integrity
• Comfortable to face potential conflict situations and be able to de-escalate effectively
• Good judgement and independent decision-making capability
• Ability to support and coach store team and raise awareness of Loss Prevention strategies
• Flexibility to travel (when required) to other sites via public transport or own transport (expenses paid

• Full time is 37.5 hrs – 9hr shift inclusive of 1.5 unpaid break
