This role sits within the e-commerce marketing team. You will be responsible for managing marketing related projects and campaigns in order to drive awareness and support the growth of TikTok’s new e-commerce product, TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:
– Receive, gather and select marketing opportunities from different cross-functional departments and develop them into marketing activities supporting the awareness growth of TikTok Shop
– Lead the marketing planning and execution for the launch of high profile brands and creators on the platform, putting creativity and innovation at the forefront of the strategy
– Liaise with the campaign team to define marketing plans and support execution of e-commerce large scale marketing campaigns using key marketing channels
– Building briefs for campaign marketing materials (creative assets, PR, creators etc)
– Support the launch of consumer focused initiatives including campaigns, content creation and social media strategy
– Manage and lead special projects that support the growth and awareness of TikTok Shop
– Marketing landscape research and insights, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and keeping a finger on the pulse of competitors
– Creation of process in a complex and growing business

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above, 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, e-commerce marketplace experience preferred;
– Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple projects;
– Creative and innovative mindset;
– Experience in independently planning and executing marketing campaigns;
– Familiar with TikTok short video and live-streaming ecosystem as well as other social media platforms eg. Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc.;
– Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills;
– Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing working environment with a background working across different cultures;
– Experience working with third-party stakeholders, managing creative agencies and brand partner relationships
