THE TEAM BUILDERS
Our client is a beachside fine dining restaurant with a luxury retail store based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process
Provide customers with essential product information, as well as offer them a demonstration of product features
Drive and deliver personal sales and KPI targets by cultivating customer relationships
Oversee the tagging of products to ensure correct prices are reflected
Collect cash payments and process credit card transactions for the purchase of goods
Evaluate stock inventory to determine the need for new shipments or product order
Requirements:
Must have retail sales experience preferably within the luxury sector
Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player
Preference to be given to candidates available immediately and based in the UAE.
Proficiency in Arabic or French would be an added advantage
POS experience is a must.
