Governance on product validation capex and methodologies for all IVECO Group

Job Description Summary and Job Duties

• Development of capex roadmaps on new technologies to support development and validation of new products

• Manage PD capex approval workflow, budget and committees for all Iveco Group

• Leverage on data collection and data analytics to improve correlation between customer mission and testing procedures

Skills and Competencies

  • Education: Technical degree
  • At least 5y of experience on testing and/or product development
  • Languages: Mother tongue and / or advanced user of Italian and English language. Knowledge of other languages as French and German is a preferential title
  • Dynamic person with own initiative, collaborative working
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse situations accurately and effectively. Problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Time management. Presentation and negotiation skills.
