Territory Sales Manager


Job Description
Be a Trusted Client Advisor
Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective clients
Build pipeline to required coverage through direct engagement in the market
Drive revenue through direct sales to achieve assigned revenue quota
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking and reporting
Develop a strategy and business plans with our key accounts and grow them into annuity business
Review competition and determine strengths and weaknesses to effectively communicate our differentiators and value
Attainment of revenue targets
Account business growth
Customer Satisfaction (develop references in your accounts)
Account Management trust and confidence
Ability to work effectively with the Oracle sales and partner organization.
Desired Skills
Proven performance in quota attainment
Strong enterprise software sales experience 5+ years
Experience in managing full cycle solution sales
Experience of solution selling across industry vertical preferably Retail and Distribution, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Banking and Government
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be a polished, senior sales professional, possessing gravitas
Good business background and good technical acumen.
Degree/MBA preferred
Languages English, Arabic, (Arabic for Government and similar industry)
