Role Purpose

The Territory Manager, Busan & Youngnam area is responsible for developing, achieving, and managing regional business targets and strategy. The Manager will develop and maintain effective customer care relationships. Build strong relationships and collaborate with team members and Cynosure resources to meet the needs of the customer. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders in their region and keep abreast of and leverage trends in the marketplace to meet regional business objectives.

Role Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products; anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly.
  • Identify key opportunities and risks in the territory
  • Develop deep understanding of territory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Developing new customer acquisition strategies
  • Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and incorporating in customer pitch and material
  • Ensure efficient work plans, including clinical, marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop territory business plan and update quarterly

Operations:

  1. Drives Sales and Regional Business Performance:
  2. Develops and executes against strategic regional business plans to assure sustainable and profitable business results.
  3. Is self-directed to meet and exceed business objectives.
  4. Solves the business need of customer not just the sales of the product.
  5. Collaborates with other Cynosure team members and other Cynosure resources to achieve desired customer outcomes.
  6. Engage customers with high quality sales material to educate and sell.
  7. Proactively staying informed on new product information through company meetings, technical data presentation/ briefings and training
  8. Reporting
  9. Provide reports on activities as requested by management
  10. Utilization of CRM as required
  11. Ensure DSM/CS are kept well informed of business goals
  12. Regular communication to ensure a productive team environment
  13. Ensure Salesforce CRM tool is kept up to date.
  14. Customer Facing
  • Assist clinical colleagues with product demos/installs, using product knowledge
  • Deliver practical training on Cynosure products and supporting information related to aesthetic medicine.
  • Schedule regular follow-up with customers to ensure they are utilizing the device to its full potential, while identifying opportunities to upsell.
  • Communicate protocol and guidance updates to customers.

Education & Experience

Degree in business administration or a related field

Or 7+ Years’ experience in commercial roles.

Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
