The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

1. Tender Purpose:
   The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the MERO Data, Evidence and Learning Specialist.
   NRC MERO is looking for a Learning and Evidence Specialist Consultant to help Regional Advisors identify the types of questions they should be asking of the data we already collect, and to see how best such data can be made easily accessible for quick review and analysis.. Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.
2. Deadline for tender:

   The complete tender dossier in the English language can be submitted before the deadline: 4th of Aug 2022– 22:00 (Amman, Jordan local time). And the deadline for download the tender decuments is 3rd of Aug 2022.
   Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to [email protected] at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
