The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental, humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people.

1. Tender Purpose:

The office of the Norwegian Refugee Council invites your company to apply for the ICLA Gender Consultancy

NRC is seeking a consultant to conduct a gender review of three (3) NRC’s local partners programmes in Egypt. The assessment will consist of a brief gender review of partners’ programming, guided by specific questions chosen by each partner organization, based on their particular needs (10-15 pages per partner organization).

Specific deliverables and timeframe for delivery have been outlined in ToRs ‘’Annex 2 TOR’’.

1. Deadline for tender:

Any request for clarification has to be sent at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders on 24th June before the deadline for submission of tenders.
